These guys have helped the community in so many ways its ridiculous. There philanthropy and social aspects are phenomenal ad continue to increase every quarter. These gentleman do know how to party and sometimes...yes they may like to have a little more fun then others, but that shouldn't get a negative downside. I would highly recommend his fraternity to others willing to do good and help he community. A+

Phi Kappa Psi starting off as a unpretentious chapter has grown tremendously over the past 2 years and definitely deserves respect for their growth and ascend to the top of the Greek community. Socially, Phi Psi brothers are genuine guys and really know how to consort with various types of people. Their parties known to be colossal. Philanthropy events consist of many hands on community services. Definitely a great chapter and contribution to the UCR Greek Community.

This frat used to be really okay but in the past year they have gotten a lot better. Definitly one of the top houses.

this Fraternity has grown in such a short amount of time. they party hard. a real drinking frat who just loves too have a good time.

These guys are fairly new on campus and are trying to make sure they establish themselves before going to wild. Their small numbers are their only hinderence for things like sports and other events. While many say that they are the "Hipster Frat" what is really happening is that it hasn't "conformed" yet to any set idea, so the personalities vary and come off as hipsters since they boost of their pride for being individuals in their own right. Parties are pretty cool but need larger venues.

This is the fraternity that girls have to be careful with. Have heard of numerous instances of these guys taking advantage of drunk girls. They have big parties but usually girls get creeped out with a lot of their members. They have been known to give bids to anyone so its usual to see anyone wearing there letters. Have some solid and fun guys, but besides their parties this is nothing more than just a party crew who will probably not be successful after college.

SigEp has definitely become tophouse over the last year! They are the only fraternity that can balance all the aspects of what a fraternity should be like. They have not always been the most known fraternity, but are definitely on the rise like no other and am not surprised they are considered top house now. They are known for their academics and good standing with UCR, and now even have the social life that some may consider better than all the other fraternities! by far safest place to go to

This fraternity is probably the best fraternity on campus. Everyone hates them typically because they've risen to the top in the shortest period of time. They are the only ones on campus with an actual chapter house and throw crazy ragers. Girls love them but they tend to only want to hook up with girls instead of getting into relationships. They throw events that are always organized and only recruit selectively. Top house on campus IMO.

Good group of guys who love to have fun. Just need to find a solid party house rather than a new house every year... but still parties are always good. Would like to see them more involved with on campus activities just to see them doing more. Keep up the good work and you'll go far!
