This sorority definitely strives for classiness, but let's be honest, it's college and these women do have lives. They are highly involved on campus with jobs or other orgs and need time to act their age. UC Merced is a very tiny campus where everyone knows, or at the very least has seen, everyone on campus, and therefore you will see Kappas (and other women in other sororities) at parties--it's unavoidable. The sisterhood w/in Kappa is above average from my own experiences w/ all 3 sororities.

These girls skyrocketed. At the start of their Greek life career, they were at the bottom and they knew it. Now, they have made it to the top. how? By being some of the most nice honest and genuine people. All I see them do is smile, which leaves no doubt that their sister hood is great. Always involved in the community and probably the sweetest girls. And I can't deny, the best to drink with!

I live with a couple of the brothers, and let me tell you whether you are one of their own or someone they met 5 minutes ago, they will help you out in a heart beat. They are some of the sweetest men on campus. They are very diverse, fun and know how to party.

Oh Sigma Chi! You boys are a fun bunch. Here's why I ranked you like I did: -Have some of the hottest guys in greek life -Always sought after during rush -Not always the DD; are capable of throwing an awesome party; don't expect much from them when they start drinking -Hello, Cat Kingdom anyone? Sigma Chi spearheaded this project.Also, it really appears that they try to make it out to other group's philanthropies as well -Certainly can't speak of many dull moments hanging out with these guys
