This organization is one of the first fraternities that started on campus, They used to be really active and prominent on campus, until last year... they really dropped. Hopefully, this next semester they can get their stuff together, they have lots of internal conflict between their brothers.

This sorority definitely strives for classiness, but let's be honest, it's college and these women do have lives. They are highly involved on campus with jobs or other orgs and need time to act their age. UC Merced is a very tiny campus where everyone knows, or at the very least has seen, everyone on campus, and therefore you will see Kappas (and other women in other sororities) at parties--it's unavoidable. The sisterhood w/in Kappa is above average from my own experiences w/ all 3 sororities.

These girls skyrocketed. At the start of their Greek life career, they were at the bottom and they knew it. Now, they have made it to the top. how? By being some of the most nice honest and genuine people. All I see them do is smile, which leaves no doubt that their sister hood is great. Always involved in the community and probably the sweetest girls. And I can't deny, the best to drink with!

They have the most brothers on campus, but the problem is all they care about is quantity... They don't care about quality of their members.... They just get a bunch of random guys, that don't really do anything. They have a lot of anti-social members, but they are good people at heart. If you want the label of a fraternity, but don't really want to do much... This is the fraternity for you.
