theta chi or ka?

Yeah it's kind of unfair to put KA up against Theta Chi, whereas the other discussions (Fiji/Beta; SNu/SAE) were more equal. So I'd instead compare KA more with Lambda Chi or ATO since they're on an even level. Throw Theta Chi in the mix with the other top tiers and make this discussion "KA vs Lambda Chi"

Honey, let's just look at the facts. On any given day if both Theta Chi and KA threw parties, which house do more girls flock to? Theta Chi. If you were to take a poll of all 17 sororities to pick between Theta Chi and KA, which would the majority prefer? Theta Chi. If you were to group the KA ex-gfs next to the Theta Chi ex-gfs, which group would be larger? The KA ex's.
Why is this? It's obvious to any girl that has spent time at both houses. KAs have proven to be conceited, rude, and notorious cheaters. Meanwhile, Theta Chis are typically welcoming, fun, enjoyable guys to be around. Not to mention the Theta Chi boys overall are wayyy cuter than than the KAs. Outside of the small clique of KA groupies/girlfriends, any girl with sense tends to avoid "The Order."

I would say KA is more beind lambda chi. They are very similar in the fact that they both have very nice houses. Lambda chi with a nice house in a perfect downtown location and KA with a really nice plantation style house. Both have a strong alumni support and a decent pull on girls. KA is a little more involved but and lambda chi has better parties when not on sopro. I hate to say it but KA is not as great as it once was, but in my opinion SAE ATO Lambda Chi and KA are all on the same level. all great fraternities.
