cob?

Is it possible at all to do cob if I got a bid in fall and turned it down? I know it's not supposed to happen but has it ever happened or at all possible?

No it can't happen. You can rush in the fall I think though or you could join the new sorority. I will warn you that the chapters will know that you turned down a bid though and it does not look very good
