They have mostly out of state kids, and as unfair as it is, in-state fraternities are pretty much always the "top tier" fraternities. They have almost no parties and the ones they do have the performers don't show (chief keef and Juicy J), also they haze really bad (so I've heard). They don't know how to treat women, theres just lots of reasons why.

Recruiting- They bid a lot of kids that got rejected from the top tier fraternities. Very west coast and northern style brothers.
Social- Have a rep for advertising big name band parties that end up being no shows. Doesnt have much of a pull on the top tier sororities.
Attitude- Very douchey and rude around women and when they drink (which is 24/7). Tend to have the Jimmy Tatro/TFM frat bro mindset.
