-Move ATO up

-Move Alpha Gam and ADPi to the top

Probably just a different type of opinion. Theta Chi is better socially and parties harder. Some people prefer that and would put them over Fiji. I personally agree with you and think Fiji should be on top and Theta Chi 2nd.

is lambda chi always ranked so high? Haven't they been on probation for a while, just seems odd everyone puts them high. But maybe its just me.

LXA and ATO need to be bumped down to the level with Sigma Pi and Pike. LXA can't get off probation and ATO can't lock down a good house so both of them are unstable. Pi Kapp isn't quite as large as the others and doesn't seem to rush as well so I'd keep them off for now.
