continuous open bidding if i dropped out of fall r

I dropped out of rush this fall. I decided that greek life just was not for me and I did not want to pay to be a part of something that I was not 100 percent sure about. However, now that I have gotten acclimated to college life and seen what greek life is about, I have realized I had a very skewed perception of it when I was rushing. I am wondering if my name is still out there as a potential member? Like do the sororities who are participating in COB have access to the girls' recommendations if they dropped out of rush? If i want to participate in COB do I have to fill out a form or should I just wait and see if I am contacted by someone?
