If a house prefs you do u have a good chance of getting a bid??

If you maximize your options....as in ranked each sorority you preffed, it is likely to receive a bid from one of the three.

If you rank all three, you WILL recieve a bid from one of the three - not "likely," you WILL as long as you wrote all three down on your card. That's how the computer system works :)
