Each sorority web site. Many have downloadable rev forms. Some sororities prefer only alum to have access to their rec forms. You could also check national websites. I tried to make it easy for my rec writers by including everything possible that they needed to write my rec.: resume', picture, rec form, stamped addressed envelope to their Auburn sorority(found on that particular Auburn sorority web site), and a thank you note. Rec writers are being bombarded with requests this time of year. Be sure to have your rec information well put together cause these ladies are the first .line impression you are giving to the sorority. Make it a good impression!

Just get your packet to send out to the alumni as the poster above said. Do not put any rec form in there...they will find their own if they wish to write one after seeing your material.
