by: MaliaMy mom, aunt, and grandmother were all in a PM sorority, so obviously thats the main sorority i want to get in to. I know i would be a legacy, and would make my chances of getting in a lot stronger having 3 family members, but i also want to be accepted for myself and not just because i have relations to PM. What do i need to do to increase my chances for myself?
#1by: Legacy Status
First of all, please know that there are tons of legacy's at Auburn. For some sororities there are enough legacy girls to fill a pledge class. With that said, you are smart to be thinking of ways to emphasis all of your assets. All of the sororities want girls who are well rounded...smart, involved, etc... As well as, look put together--that doesn't mean you have to be beautiful, easy to talk to, etc... Just smile and genuinely enjoy meeting everyone. The girls rushing you can spot a girl who isn't being herself so quick. Relax and just be your best self. You may find that there are other sororities that you like better than your legacy sorority.
