If you are an upperclassman transfer can you live in the sorority hall? I'm only asking because I figure it would be a good way to meet other girls in my pledge class.

You can ask if they have a spot. Many times there are more girls that want to live on the hall than spots, but sometimes someone will have to backout or transfer and a spot will open up after everyone already has their loving plans made. Each chapter has their own way of deciding who loves on the hall. You won't know unless you ask.

Your pledge class isn't by your year in school, it's by the year you pledged. Most girls won't live on the hall until their second year in the sorority.
