Is it cheaper to live in-house rather than in the dorms? Is it hard to be able to live in the houses and approximately how many people live in each fraternity house?

Most fraternities won't let you move in till at least second semester(doubt you'd want to live there while pledging anyway) but some smaller ones will let you move in first semester cause they have rooms to fill
