How do people get to and from frat parties? Wouldn't some be too drunk to drive?

Either by friend sober drivers, by using the assigned fraternity sober drivers, or using the drunk bus.

Fraternities generally have sober drivers, if none of your friends can drive; there's also Tiger 10 and the drunk bus!! You will always have a way home!
