As an incoming freshman going through recruitment, is a 3.5 considered a good enough GPA by most sororities standards?

Entering GPA of 3.5 is pretty good for Auburn. You'll do fine.

3.5 is good for the majority of sororities. It's important to remember that you are competing with girls that have over a 4.0 coming out of high school. Make sure that 3.5 is balanced with leadership positions, activities, and community service. Great rec letters are important as well.

thank you! I was just wondering because I would hate to have a really good connection with a sorority and then end up being cut solely because of my GPA. I have pretty good test scores too (1930 SAT) if that helps any.

It'll be fine! Automatic cuts are normally around a 3.25 or so!

I got full party lists every day of rush and I had a 3.5
