Alpha Phi is the only choice that would work at Auburn. Here's a list of the other NPCs that have never had a chapter here before:

Alpha Epsilon Phi
Alpha Sigma Alpha
Alpha Sigma Tau
Delta Phi Epsilon
Phi Sigma Sigma
Sigma Sigma Sigma
Theta Phi Alpha

The only other orgs without chapters here are NPCs that no longer exist because they were absorbed by other sororities.

really Alpha Phi is the only one who would be able to afford the cost of colonizing. But after that, maybe then DPhiE (they've been on fire expanding) or Phi Sigma Sigma.
