ato temporary house

I've been told by reliable sources that ATO is renting out Sigma Chi's house for a year or two until Sigma Chi comes back. Why don't they just build a house of their own? Even if they're low on money, they could still build a DTD size house which is still way better than their current meth house. Thoughts?

That's not happening. Apparently they've had these huge house plans and are sticking with them which is why it's taking so long. It's kinda stupid

Your reliable source is not real reliable. Sigma Chi does not want to rent their house and does not need to. Their nationals owns it and it appears they are waiting for all previous memebers to graduate before bringing the chapter back in existence at Auburn.
Now that Phi Delt is off maybe they move there - they have to do something. Their house is no longer usable because of deteriorating foundation.

They are leasing Phi Delts house which at this point is an excellent idea. Who knows if in 3 years Auburn will still have fraternities the way things are going here and nationally
