what fraternities are on the rise?

I'm from out of state and I'm just wondering which fraternities are doing something with themselves and moving up and which ones are going down. I don't care about rank.

I'd say these are definitely the most notable rising and falling fraternities. Hope it helps!

Theta Chi
ATO
Beta
Sigma Pi
Farmhouse

Falling:
KA
Phi Delt
Lambda Chi
Sigma Nu
SAE (Debatably)

ΒΘΠ: Great pledge class this year
ΘΧ: Great pledge class with a great house
ΣΑΕ: hit or miss with this pledge class
ΣΝ: Average pledge class and on social probation
ΚΑ: Again a terrible pledge class
ΛΧΑ: Horrible pledge class, they shotgunned out bids
ΑΤΩ: Good pledge class, house still sucks
FH: Typical farmhouse
