smaller party fraternities

I'm going to be rushing this summer and I have a question.I know fraternities like Theta Chi and SAE are the better big party fraternities, but I'm looking for a smaller mid-sized fraternity that knows how to have just as much fun. What are the better party fraternities of this size? (Around 40-80 brothers)

Lambda Chi, Sig ep or Sig Pi would be my guess. Kind of a hard question to answer.

The best small-mid size party fraternities would be Delta Sig, Pike, and Pi Kapp. Lambda Chi and Sig Ep are considered large fraternities and Sigma Pi isn't really a party fraternity.

Pike would be the best, but definitely Rush around and see what YOU like best. Sig Ep is known for being a party fraternity, but I think they have more brothers than you listed you wanted. Delta sig parties too but they don't really have a good reputation. Pi Kapp parties, but I think there's better places to go. Lambda chi is worth a look, though I think they are on probation now? Sigma Pi has some parties, but I think they're a larger fraternity also, and their parties or hit or miss. I'd also say check out phi delt, I think they get off probation soon.
