sorority comments

I heard everyone is having a great rush so far! Auburn has such a wonderful group of sororities that most anyone will find a group that they will want to belong to. I have simply loved my time here so far and I know others will also. Let's write about the good times we have here! The football games are unbelievable and the swaps will be a time for funny pictures! Hope everyone has a delightful time throughout this week and get some rest! WAR EAGLE!!!!

I agree with what you said. It is sad that adults try to make girls feel bad about themselves when they're already stressed out with recruitment. So sad.

what are you talking about? Who is bullying? Who is sick? I think you way overreacted...I looked thru the comments and tried to figure out what you freakin' over and cannot figure it out.

The original message encouraged alums to get on here and manipulate the board like the KD, PiPhi and PM alums were doing - posting as if they were PNMs. The loved those houses and were disappointed with others. I agree that it does encourage PNMs to drop rush if they don't get one that is "top," because they think it will be embarrassing or that they'll do better next year. Reality is that every house is good, some are just more selective. It's also reality that not many sophomores or juniors get a bid. Their best chance is to stay in and complete rush. The house they get a bid from really wants them. I also hate to see girls drop out because they get cut by KD, PiPhi, and PM. And it is bullying for alums to get on here and act like PNMs ranking up those houses and down others. They're supposed to be adults! Sheesh!

Join ANY of the sororities at Auburn and you will be head and shoulders above the rest of the student body. "Tiers" are only in the mind, and most of them posted here are the confections of GUYS, not the girls. Please do not quit rush! At least go to the other chapters on your list. You could still find your best friends for life!
