Who does not self rank on here? That is funny that someone is trying to act like they don't.

Yes, everyone self ranks. But self ranking your sorority to the point of putting yourself way higher than you actually are just makes you look desperate (Phi Mu and KKG). This website is probably leading a ton of naive incoming freshmen astray. If you want to know the truth just ask an Auburn student. Don't trust this site.

"Hmm" is sort of right. Phi Mu was ranked higher than they should, and Kappa still is. But so are other sororities (pi phi, dg, dz).. And some sororities are underrated. But people need to keep in mind that the ranking changes every day, and sometimes is not even the people in a certain sorority that are ranking theirs high. As for PNM's I seriously doubt they will be fooled by this site.

I agree with Hmm that Phi Mu and KKG are rated way too high. AXO is also rated way too low. Yes, the rankings do change every day. But the top four remain top: KD, XO, AGD, ADPi. The bottom remain bottom also: GPB, Theta (until they prove themselves), KKG, and AZD. The rest are all just middle and still good.

with the AU alum. Girls just get on here and you can tell who is rating low when they talk about the other groups...find a group and be happy! All this is just a few girls opinions. AU has a great collection of sororities and there are great things about each one.

Glad to finally see some honesty on this site. Rankings are purely subjective. Rush is about finding the group that is a fit for each individual PNM. None of our groups has to "prove themselves." All each group has to do is live out the values and ideals of their sorority and bond as sisters. Each group has their share of pageant girls, bookworms, party girls,super-wealthy girls, and girls who struggle financially. This stupid "tier ranking" is the reason why so many girls drop out of rush in the middle of the week, when they could have enjoyed a rich and wonderful membership experience elsewhere. Keep an open mind ladies!!

Enjoy rush! AUBURN has great sororities and each have an abundance of things to offer any girl. Some groups do have more legacies that come through and they cannot take them all...leave your eyes open!!! Just because you do not get your mom or sister's group does not mean you cannot pledge something else. WAR EAGLE!!

I agree that everyone should rush, even if they drop out before bid day. It's a great way to meet new people and you will never know if you like something if you're not willing to try it. That being said, girls also shouldn't be shy about quitting their sorority (like the phi mu previously said) if it's just not working out. Some people love greek life, and some hate it. I did not enjoy all of my experiences in a sorority so I am dropping too. But I'm still glad I did it. It was a good experience.

I am leaving Auburn, also. I will miss it so much. I absolutely agree with the last several remarks. I am so glad that I rushed last year. My sorority was a little too competitive for me. I am more of a layed back type of girl. However, we did wins lots and lots of things. It was stressful. I do think all girls should rush. I think the top 6 /top 7 thing is ridiculous. I knew in my heart I should of pledged Aopi. I loved them from day 1. During rush,I heard a girl talk about the top 5 and she did not mention Aopi. I let that persuade me. Everyone at Auburn knows what a good sorority they are.They have great girls. I really never fit in with my sorority. I should have followed my heart. I had a great rush, preffing AGD,KD, and Aopi. So, all you girls go with your heart. Do not let outsiders influence you. It is your 4 years of college. War Eagle. I hope to be back in a year.
