The top ranked sororities nationally are:
Tri Delt, Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi, Chi O, Dg, Alpha Phi and maybe Zeta. Every campus is different and every region of the country is different, but on a whole these sororites are the strongest. Auburn is lucky to have most of these sororities, but Auburn is not a representation of the rest of the country. Phi Mu, KD and ADPi have especially weak chapters outside the South. Pi Phi probably has the strongest chapters nationwide.

I have been going to auburn for years with my family. All I care about is Auburn. I want to be a Chi-O, PhiMu or ADPi. I might consider KD. They are money girls, however.

tradionally kd,agd,phimu,
chi-o, and adpi have been the awesome groups. However in the last 25 years you have to add pi phi to the top groups. if you pledge any of these sororities, you will be ok.

What kind of a girl writes that certain sororities are best wife material? Strange to say the least..on the other hand, there's not any group that gets married more than the others. Check the paper, they are all in there and not any particular ones each week.

Says?? said it all. Not getting into a certain sorority doesn't mean you won't get married or be a wonderful wife or marry a wonderful man. Sororities can be a great networking too and you can meet great people who you can (or can't) count on the rest of your life. However, expect to be judged and critiqued on your appearance, background, financial status, clothing, intelligence, etc. from the moment you walk into your first room during rush. The judging never stops.

well said is right. you will be judged at all times! but you should also know that while certain sororities will judge you a lot more based on your appearance and money, other sororities will judge you based on your personality, grades etc. the best thing to do is to be honest and be yourself, and you will end up in the right house. just don't worry about rankings and stereotypes. there are all kinds of girls in all sororities

If you are smart, have good grades and don't really like to party- go agd, axo.
If you're involved, smart,
and pretty- go adpi, aopi, xo.
If you only want to party- go pbp, ddd, gpb, zta.
If you care about grades, but you like to have a good time- go sk, dg, dz.
If you are from AL, rich, pretty, and think you are better than everyone else- go kd.
If you are pretty, very tan, blonde, and like tons of make up- go phi mu.

I so agree with ha ha. I think FOR REAl is an Alpha Chi. I also think that FOR REAL is jealous of Phi Mu and KD. It is very obvious. I am disappointed by some of these comments. I have to agree with Says on the wife material and I agree with Ha Ha-Phi mu about sterotypical remarks. I am in a top 5 sorority and I loved Light Blue, Green, and Pink. It was a hard decision. I decided I could not get a bad sorority at that point, and if you go through with an open mind you will feel the same way.

All sororities are good. If you are happy then you are in the best one for you. Trust me, no group is perfect. Every sorority has its ups and downs.-- there are 10 really good ones: KD, AOPi,Phi Mu, ADPi, Pi Phi, Chi-O, AGD,DDD,DG,DZ and SK. Well maybe 11!
