sorority comments

We have a little group that just looked at this and we want to chime in on how silly the ridiculous statement was also. I am sure that there are many famous women from all the sororities, but these are a few that we thought of that have made a differnce in fashion, authors and etc... if ridiculous does not like the KD's so much..perhaps she should not like or wear any Vera Bradley since KD's developed that line, or eat the Sister Schubert's Rolls since a KD is that also, don't like the Kappas..then you must not think Kate Spade, Jane Pauley or Kate Jackson are successful either, or what about Cybill Shepherd and Lucy Lia or Harper Lee...all Chi O's. DDD has Grace Kelly and Farrrah Faucett and Katie Couric and ADPi has Jean Smart. There are lots more form all the groups of course, but these were one's that we came up with...so, all the groups are not sterotyped here or nationally...anyone can be successful from any group!

I don't have a "little group" that I like to get together with and comment on this site. But I do think that those groups listed obviously are having trouble taking criticism. Not everyone is going to like you. If you are really confident with yourself then you wouldn't need to anonymously bash other groups or try to brag about all the "celebrities" in your own group. Sounds like all the posters below really just need to grow up.

i am truly disgusted by this site.
i spent the last ten minutes reading some
of the stuff on here and i can't believe
the sorority girls at auburn would say such
things. when i went through rush we only had
the 16 sororities, but i thought they were
ALL great! i love my sorority and believe it
is the perfect one for me, but i can see
myself being happy in any of them.
they all have such great things to offer!
obviously they focus on different things
but they are all awesome. girls coming
through rush, please don't believe everything
you see on here. some of it is true, but most
is just made up/extremely exagerated

let it go..all the groups are good. A lot of girls would love to have gotten in at least one of them on bid day. GREAT GIRLS ALL AROUND!

I hope to pledge Alpha Gam, Phi Mu, Chi-O, or Pi Phi. I have been going to Auburn for years. These girls always catch my eye. See ya in August.

I love Phi Mu, Chi-O, and Pi Phi. They are the sweetest and most beautiful girls at Auburn. I like Alpha Gam, but my GPA is a 3.8. I do not think I am smart enough for them. I heard they only take 4.0. See ya in August. I am so excited. I

One of my closest friends pledged Phi Mu this year. She is very pretty, and very smart. She had over a 4.0 GPA. She tooks lots of AP classes. She loves Phi Mu. She said she almost pledged Alpha Gam because they are very organize. She told me to look hard at Chi-O and Pi phi also. She said she has lots of cool friends in those two, also.

I also like those sororites, but I think I want to be a KD. They have won lots of things this year. My sister was an ADPi at Auburn. She loved them.

i think it is a shame that seniors who are rushing in the fall know about and have read this website. i know people say it all the time and it gets monotonous, but seriously go through rush with an open mind. yes, all the sororities yall are talking about are great with great girls and everything, but so are other ones on campus. just because not all of them are as established doesn't mean they are not good, seriously, give them all a chance because few people have a perfect rush and end up with all the ones they want everyday.
