This is my opinion.
Elite has always been the same except with Sigma Nu on probation that hurts them since they threw some of the best parties.
Lambda Chi seems to always be on social probation which also hurts them. They have some cool guys but, most I have met I was not impressed with.
KA is on the down fall and if they do not start doing something differently, not even their house and legendary name KA can save them.
I have been impressed with some fraternities that in the past have been average, but I will not say their letters because everyone is hostile on this site and would accuse me of being one or, a groupie.

list is fair, but I disagree with a few things. In my opinion, I would switch Pike and Pi Kapp. Also I would switch Lambda Chi and Sigma Pi. Also I'd put Theta Chi ahead of SAE.
