SAE and KA are accurate. SAE recovered with a better than expected pledge class this year and seem to be running things smoothly with the new pledgeship rule. Yes, their pledge class wasn't great but it wasn't terrible.
On the other hand, KA recruited a middle tier at best pledge class again. They've had 3 straight years of very poor pledge classes and it's hurting them in a major way now with sororities, parties, and reputation.

Let's be honest, you can't predict 4 years. Too much happens in that time frame. 2 years is more reasonable so this is how I feel the rankings will most likely be by 2017. Rankings are grouped by strength because every has a different opinion on singular ranks.
Elite:
Fiji, Beta, Theta Chi, Sigme Nu
Lower Top:
SAE, Lambda Chi, ATO (if they get a house)
Upper Middle:
KA, Farmhouse, Sigma Pi, Sig Ep
Lower Middle:
Sigma Chi (if they come back), Pike, Phi Delt, Pi Kapp, Delta Sig
Bottom:
Everyone else
