What are sorority retreats and what do you do there? Does every sorority go? Thanks!

Every sorority pledge class will go on a retreat soon after bid day. It is a time for the girls in the pledge class to bond and the older girls to get to know the new pledge class better. It's a fun time!

Naked pillow fights, of course.
KIDDING.
Lots of ice-breaker type games, so you get to know your sisters a little better. You might go over sorority rules, or analyze stuff, or plan projects, or practice rush songs.
