How are the non Panhellenic sororities/frats different from the National Panhellenic Council sororities/frats on campus? Are the better/worse/harder/easier to get into? Reputations? I don't get it...?

If you're talking about service organizations, band frats, or professional organizations, they aren't really considered relevant to either GDIs or Greek Life, they have a harder time drumming up support for philanthropy events, and aren't really... Relevant.
