What would y'all say are the "best" or top fraternities on old row, and the top ones on new row?

Old Row:
Sigma Nu
SAE

New Row:
Theta Chi

So that means they cannot have any parties? Tailgates? date functions? Formal? And/or socials? Does IFC cut all of those or some depending on severity of infraction?

When on social probation, a fraternity is only allowed to have one social event a year. They can choose for it to be a date function or a band party, but not both.

This is a huge blow to Sigma Nu because parties were their main selling point and the only big thing going for them. Lambda Chi just got off social a year ago and are back on it, so they will tank again. Pi Kapp and Delta Sig can't afford many parties anyway so it won't hurt them much.
