Then old row will just suck, but those two will still be the best houses on that row. New row will just dominate next year

When on social probation, a fraternity is only allowed to have one social event a year. They can choose for it to be a date function or a band party, but not both.
This is a huge blow to Sigma Nu because parties were their main selling point and the only big thing going for them. Lambda Chi just got off social a year ago and are back on it, so they will tank again. Pi Kapp and Delta Sig can't afford many parties anyway so it won't hurt them much.

Sigma Nu is on social probation until spring '16 and SAE will probably be on social probation too.
