alpha phi

Is alpha phi coming to Auburn in the fall? Their website says they have no plans to expand to Auburn, but I keep hearing rumors.
If they come, how do you think that's going to impact sororities at auburn?
Will there be a push to move sororities into houses?

It will not impact Auburn for a long time. They will be like theta, who is somewhat new and still not anything special at Auburn.

To bring on a new sorority, there is a long process called expansion/extension. First, panhel needs to decide to open the campus for expansion. Then, potential sororities submit packets, from which panhel chooses 3 finalists to present. They then choose the sorority (or multiple sororities) which will come on to campus in the future. It generally takes at least a year for the whole process to complete.
