sororities that match up to cities?

Wondering if there are certain sororities that ladies from certain towns/high schools gravitate to more than others? That seemed to be the case back when I was in school (in another state). Same went for fraternities. Certain ones had higher concentrations of members from certain towns.
Are there high concentration of members from the Madison/Huntsville area in certain sororities?

I know Phi Mu has quite a few ATL girls ....

Not really. There's a lot of Huntsville and BHam girls who go through recruitment, but it's not like you won't get a bid if you aren't specifically from their hometown. KD is a little more interested in BHam and Auburn girls, but sororities are used to branch out and meet other ladies from everywhere in the country, not a repeat of high school.

Girls I graduated with ended up in KD, Gamma Phi, Kappa, Tri-Delt, and
I wouldn't really say that any particular sorority snapped up all of the Huntsville girls, or that one sorority had a lot more Huntsville girls than the others.

I went to Sparkman, and my friends ended up all over the place, so if there is a specific group of Huntsville girls, they aren't recruiting a large amount each year.
