what can the "bottom" houses do to improve?
by: XoxoSo people are saying SK, Theta, AZD... Among others are bottom. How can they go about bettering themselves?

If you want "top" girls- pretty, driven, smart- you have to show them shiny objects. List accomplishments, leadership, involvement. If you want your sorority to have their pick during recruitment, you have to have a lot to show. And once you receive talented, well-spoken pretty girls, show them off. Send them to fraternities to speak about upcoming philanthropy events, so they can see your involvement and your looks and build relationships. Encourage FLP, it's a great way to network.

Just get out and let yourself be known as a GOOD group! It takes a while (years really) to make a dent in how people think, but it can be done! I see several groups who have improved dramatically in just the last 3 years and it is amazing. They became super involved in organizations, picked fantastic girls and the change has been dramatic. We compete with these girls now for girls and positions. Push yourself to be all you can be!
