With rush nearly over how do you see the tiers shaking out?
Top
Fiji, ΣΝ, ΘΧ, ΒΘΠ, ΚΑ, ΣΑΕ
Upper Middle
ΛΧΑ, ΣΠ, Farmhouse, ΑΤΩ, ΣΦΕ, ΠΚΦ
Middle
ΦΔΘ, ΠΚΑ, ΔΣΦ, ΦΚΤ, ΔΤΔ
Lower
ΑΓΡ, ΔΧ, ΤΚΕ
Bottom
Everyone else

That's why I said "depending on how the pledge classes are".
My personal expectation is that SAE is going to fall, and depending on who has the better pledge class (LXA or Sig Pi) will take SAE's slot. Also, really think Sig Ep should be dropped down. I mean c'mon, I know I'm not the only one that thinks it.

Haha whoever posted this is either a lambda chi or sigma Pi trying to move up in the ladder. I could see lambda chi moving up if somehow they got a sick pledge class (got the people who dropped sigma chi) but sigma Pi? Really? They don't even have the numbers let alone pull hot girls. Ladies use them for free alchohol

dude pi kapp is garbage and so is sig ep. go meet the brothers and you will see for yourself. also LXA's pledge class isn't looking too great.

I've only met 5 LXA pledges but from my encounters I say you're right. They haven't been quality.

I don't know what planet the Lambda Chi's think they come from....those guys are not what they think they are. Big egos. Poor quality. I don't believe they have improved this year.

Nahhhhh. Move sigma pi down, move Delta Sig to the same level as Phi Delt (they are absolutely interchangeable) Move Pike down

While Sigma Pi isn't the best, I think they should remain in "lower top" if anyone from that tier is being moved down I'd go FH. I respect they're different and they do have their act together but they just don't have anything that makes them deserving of that spot. I suppose pike could be moved down but delta sig moving up? From when I've hung around them I'm surprised they are in lower middle, but not sure how this pledge class is. Also, I could see ATO being moved into lower top. Yeah, their house is awful but they do a lot of good things, and are noticed by lots of girls in many different sororties.

You've made a good list. Here's my opinion on the top 10. New pledge classes have been factored in to this.
Top
1. ΦΓΔ
2. ΣΝ
3. ΘΧ
4. ΒΘΠ
5. ΚΑ
Upper Middle
6. ΛΧΑ
7. ΣΑΕ
8. ΑΤΩ
9. ΣΠ
10. ΣΦΕ
Again, just my view on the fraternities. I can easily see how a few would debate this. What do y'all think?

I agree with your top 5 but it's just too soon to start putting nails in the coffin for ΣΑΕ. They're an historical house that's going through an adjustment period to be sure but that doesn't mean that they're done even if this pledge class was sub par for them. So I'd pit them at 6 and holding the last spot among the elite houses.
After that, ΛΧΑ and ΣΠ are tied for 7th but after that is the drop off. To me, I'd call them top tiers but not elite because they are better than the next grouping.
Farmhouse, ΑΤΩ, ΠΚΦ, and ΣΦΕ with ΦΔΘ, and ΠΚΑ rounding out the rest of the middle tier.
From there you can extol the virtues of a ΔΤΔ or a ΔΣΦ but they're starting off the lower middle.

He's referring to what KA did to that girl (read other post). However, any investigation is not going to be able to be proven because she waited too many days after the party to speak up. Because of that, this will die off eventually and KA will continue living on their name and pulling in freshman girls for now. I'd still put them as elite but that could easily change by the end of the semester. I hear their pledge class is not good.

a fraternity member with no bias related to either fraternity I must say that, I think, Phi Delt is better. Seem to have a better brotherhood, less creepy, and better house. I think most women would agree also.

(girl) Phi delt is the DEFINITION of creepy. Delta sig is slightly better than phi delt because they always have liquor and they aren't stingy with it.

I think we need a bit more time to judge these final pledge classes before we can make accurate tier rankings.
