top tier?

But for now ΣΑΕ is a lot closer to the upper echelon fraternities than they are to the middle or upper middle tiers. For now ΣΑΕ's decline is more speculated than actualized.
I do agree that you could put ΘΧ in the 3 spot but I still like Β more than KA at this point.

My rank on the top tiers with their obvious strong points.
1. Fiji- Best involvement and overall gpa combo with very successful, quality brothers. Strong post-college connections with lots of money in the fraternity. Top sororities love them.
2. Sigma Nu- Easily have the best location of the houses which attracts lots of people to their band parties. Most top sororities hang around them. Great name at Auburn.
3. KA- Very nice house with the best alumni financial backing. HUGE name at Auburn due to a rich history here, which is the reason I put them in the top 3. Most say their overall quality lacks, but you just can't fight that KA name.
4. Theta Chi- No doubt the best social scene at Auburn. Host more parties than anyone and they're all very fun and popular. Hang with a large variety of sororities including the top ones. Best house.
5. Beta- Arguably has the best sorority relations of the top tiers. Typically filled with the type of guys that girls flock to. Host the best date parties.
6. SAE- Very cool house and host some wild parties. Old, strong name at Auburn with great tradition.

I'm a girl... You don't have to agree with me (yet it seems quite a few do). It's my personal opinion and I have every right to have it. Stop being a hater due to your jealousy, anger, or whatever and make a constructive comment. I personally know that most people consider Theta Chi a top 5 house now (girls mostly because I know lots of other fraternities don't like them). That's just facts from my own observation.

Things you could add
- SAE could arguably be dropped down, their reputation/name will keep them relevant and parties fun but its hard to argue that their quality hasn't fell off while Sigma Pi and Lambda Chi have gotten better in recent years
- I think KA and Theta Chi belong ahead of Beta but those 3 are really interchangeable
- Like I said before I think you should've made it clear cut top tier(Fiji, Snu, KA, Theta Chi, Beta) and then put the fraternities on the verge of being top tier(SAE, Sigma Pi, Lambda Chi) and then Farmhouse and ATO are clear middle tier groups. Even though theyve got quality guys they have obviously issues holding them back.
