With formal rush approaching what are some solid upper-middle and middle tier fraternities I should look at?

Middle tiers from upper to lower:
1. Lambda Chi
2. Sigma Pi
3. ATO
4. Farmhouse
5. Phi Delt
6. Sig Ep
7. Pi Kapp
8. Pike
9. Delta Sig
10. Phi Tau
11. DTD
12. AGR

Every fraternity below Farmhouse is bottom tier. If you're still looking for a quality house and you can't get a bid from Sigma Nu, Fiji, KA, Beta, and Theta Chi since theyre probably about done I'd look at Lambda Chi, Sigma Pi, and ATO. They're probably all still going and good places
