too late?

I'm a freshman that really wants to rush. I wasn't able to move in until two days before school started and haven't been able to attend any rush events over the summer. Is it too late to get a bid from a top fraternity?

SAE has been hurting for numbers all summer so they're likely to have room still. The other top fraternities also are required to have at least two days of formal rush so you have a shot there
