Do not freak out. Tonight you will be told - do not drink you are not 21, do not sleep at fraternity houses, do not use a fake ID. Ultimately we all care - it is our reputation you can ruin. Be discreet and you will be fine. Foster trust and care for each other - do not turn each other into standards which just causes a division in chapters. Talk to your pledge sister - help her! You are not her police but her sister - do you rat on your sibling? No, you help them.
Do not get an MIPS no matter what sorority. Pi Phi had pledges fall 2012 get MIP's and they dropped them - PI PHI is not one at is hard on pledges drinking and they still got rid of them because they are not stupid to think this wouldn't tarnish their reputation.
