From an outside perspective
1) KA
- best tradition of the three
- tied with Theta Chi for best house
- best alumni support
- better brotherhood than Beta, probably better than Theta Chi
- Better parties. Hosted Cherub last year, got Thomas Rhett this year, and Old South is the most popular date party to girls. Whether it's for the dressing up and pictures or brothers, every girl in Auburn wants to go to Old South
- hang out with the best sororities Auburn has, you're guaranteed to meet the prettiest girls at Auburn here. Phi Mus, KDs, Pi Phis, Chi Os, and Alpha Gams flock here and have socials, parties, ect together every semester
- a lot of people don't like them though, mainly because they look down on people they don't consider as good as them
2) Theta Chi
- also good parties, great house
- more of an "on the rise fraternity", brotherhood as a whole isn't on par with KA yet. Some high quality guys that could've gone anywhere, good amount of creepy douches too
- in close with some good sororities. Hang around mostly Alpha Chi, Zeta, Gamma Phi, ect
3) Beta
- Put them 3rd strictly because they're brotherhood. I consider that most important. I know too many Betas that don't like each other. Their pledge classes are typically close, but as a whole they're divided into many cliques. That's why you seem people describe them as almost feminine
- not much $ to spend, often resort to joint parties
- hang out with ADPi, Alpha Gam, Phi mus, ect

is that yeah, Beta doesn't seem to have the same kind of cash flow as KA and Theta Chi, but they did that joint Cherub party with KA. KA would never even have Cherub on their own, they don't book those kinds of acts, and there's no way it would have been that big of a crowd without Beta's name attached. KA has money and tradition going for it, and I guess Old South is cool if your a girl, and that's really about it.

Most people in what are considered "top tier" chapters would agree with this.
KA has the most money, best rush, and best traditions of any fraternity located on New Row. The only fraternity who shares a rush pool with KA is Sigma Nu. I've never heard of a kid picking Theta Chi or Beta over KA, if they thought they would get a bid at all three places. KA has decent parties, a good brotherhood, a seems to offer a good overall fraternity experience. KA's can be very exclusive, and downright rude if you are not in a top fraternity. They seem to flock in big numbers downtown, and rarely mingle with anyone outside Sigma Nu and a few sororities. Every year they get a few guys who give the chapter a bad reputation, and they need to work on weeding them out during rush.
Beta has a lot of things going for them. Their brothers seem to be outgoing, nice guys that add a lot to any situation. They have good date parties, and a couple big parties every year that are big hits. I have never thought of them being 'clicky', but rather a lot of them just do there own thing. They are a diverse group and that just comes along with it. Beta needs to work on the leadership of the chapter. Their house is usually run down, and their financial situation always seems to be in poor standing. If they fix this, it will allow them to put more money towards parties, socials, and rush events. They are a very strong chapter here at Auburn, and will continue to be for a long time.

Theta Chi has a lot of pros, and has quickly risen in the ranks of fraternities. I think this makes a lot of people dislike them, and some are probably jealous of them. They have an incredible house that holds a lot of guys, and they use their house to the fullest. They throw a good amount of fun parties, and they have a lot of popular brothers. They need to work on their rush and their campus image. It is hard for them to recruit great guys because most are attracted initially to other fraternities. They have made big strides in the past two years, and have solidified themselves as one of the best fraternities at Auburn. I think they will continue to improve, and will probably start taking some people away from SNU, Beta, KA, and FIJI in the next couple of years. The future looks bright for them.
Most girls and guys in 'top tier' fraternities will agree with this list. Everyone has their own preference of new row fraternities, but most of the disagreement is over whether Beta or KA claims the top spot. Hope this helps anyone wanting to rush these fraternities.

I'm in a top sorority and I'd take Beta or Theta Chi most days. KA is hyped by freshman girls (I did this myself) and the go there a lot for the first semester. After that, most girls realize that they're not as great as they thought and go elsewhere. Sometimes we kiss their butts to get invited to Old South for cute pictures. Beta is undeniably loved by the ladies and we all flock there. There's honestly not much more to say past that. They're a great looking fraternity. Theta Chi also has many top quality young guys that held bids at other top places including the "exclusive" KA, and accepted at Theta Chi. Anyone that says otherwise actually doesn't know them. Theta Chis are about the most fun guys in Auburn too and it never gets old going to their parties.
Basically, many girls would agree that you go to Beta for the boys, go to Theta Chi for a great time, and go to KA for Old South.

It's because this website is dominated by mostly girls. Not that many guys use it anymore. Girls love Theta Chi but other fraternities don't like them because they just haven't gotten along (most fraternities) or because they're trying to stop their quick rise (top fraternities).

-Beta pulls the hottest girls and the best sororities out of all of them and throws decent parties. They have the highest quality brothers and they're just better all around and deserve first spot for new row.
-None of them can touch Theta Chi's parties. They by far throw more and usually throw the best parties. They also have gotten a lot of high quality brothers and are hanging out a lot more with top sororities. You also really can't underestimate how fast they're rising.
-KA can be agreed by most people that they deserve the last spot. They're extremely overhyped with not much to back it up with. Cherub was the only great party they've thrown in like two years. A lot of their brothers wouldn't have gotten bids at other top fraternities and only got a bid because they're redneck and fit KA. Overall, KA is just falling too hard and needs to turn around their pledge classes who keep being of worse quality each year.
