top 15 frats
by: RusheeCan i get a few lists of what you guys personally think the top 15 fraternities are?
#1 by: Personal rankings
1. FIJI-Maintaining, biggest frat on campus, parties... eh...
2.Beta-Maintaining
3. Sigma Nu- maintaining, wild parties
4. Theta Chi - rising, cool house,
5. SAE- Falling, Heard they've had a rough summer rush
6. LXA- Rising, younger brothers good, older brothers douchey
7. Sigma Pi-Rising
8. KA- Falling HARD
9. Sig Ep- rising, had a really hard time not putting them above KA
10. ATO- maintaing supposed to get a new house soon. Social life should improve afterwards
Theres my top 10.

They've lost a significant amount of brothers from where they were 2-3 years ago. I'd be interested to hear what they've done to justify saying they're rising?

I too wanna know what makes you think Sig Ep will rise. Honestly if anyone of those is going to top 6 I'd say Sigma Pi. The problem with Sig Ep is they spend too much on one big name rapper per semester, and they have many non-southern brothers. I still don't see either of them in top 6 spot though.

I can't tell if you're including lambda with that. sae dropping makes others go up.
I don't think sae will last with a 3 day pledgeship.

SAE will still have a pledgeship, everyone knows that. Their nationals will yank them from Auburn if they find out. It's just to risky to be an SAE and they've apparently gotten a very poor pledge class so far because of that. It will take 2-3 semesters for their name to die off so I give it another year before Sigma Pi and Lambda Chi jump them in the ranks.

is a great review by "Honest Unbiased" on here but here is my two cents
1. Sigma Nu - great house location, great parties, pulls girls, but not the best brotherhood.
2. Beta - lots of birmingham area kids and a cool (but messy) house on new row, have had financial trouble I think, but still top tier.
3. KA - historically good but drastically dropping, need to do something soon
4. FIJI - not the best house but LOTS of brothers that are really cool, ladies love them and they are involved on campus.
5. Theta Chi - swiftly on the rise and have a great house on New Row, great brotherhood and parties.
6. SAE - like KA, historically good but definitely dropping in the rankings. One of my favorite houses on campus though.
7. Sigma Pi - Great house in an absolutely terrible location though, mostly chill brothers and involved on campus, parties can sometimes be worth the trek there.
8. Lambda Chi - one of my favorite houses on campus, looks unique and amazing and in a fantastic location. As mentioned older brothers are weird but newer are quality. Could probably be higher on others list.
9. ATO - Mostly good brothers (some weird) and very involved on campus, if they get a new house could definitely be moved up on many lists. Pull good sororities for a mid tier with a bad house.
10. Pi Kapp - kinda like sig Ep (out of state kids) but I think their house and brothers are better.

They've been saying they are getting a new house for years. Honestly I hope they do, after what happened before they really deserve a new house and the guys are great. But just because you hear it doesn't mean it's true.

Lambda Chi isn't top 6 yet. Next year or the year after that they might be when some of their older brothers graduate out... assuming the incoming pledge class is as good as I have heard.
Sigma Pi or Sig Ep will be in the top 6 with them after SAE drops out... assuming they do but their rush is blowing hard so they probably will.
