what's the deal with chi phi

Their house seems nice, kinda sucks being away from everything but I dont see anyone on here mention them. Not sure if that's good or bad

This is their first year after a 3/4 year hiatus for whatever reason I dont know why. They are coming to fall 2014 with 0 reputation so this year could make or break them. Their house (which was SAEs house at one time) is killer though so id give em a try

They were just restructured, but their house is beautiful, large, and close to campus. Let me know how helping them rebuild goes!
