Which fraternities are rivals and which ones just really don't like each other?

By rivals I guess you mean ones that compete socially and in recruiting, so I'll base my answer off that. Then fraternities the just hate each other I'll include also.

KA-ΣΝ
Fiji-ΒΘΠ
ΘΧ-ΣΑΕ-ΛΧΑ
ΣΠ-ΑΤΩ-FH

Hate rivals:
ΘΧ-ΒΘΠ
KA-ΛΧΑ
FH-ATΩ
ΣΝ-ΣΑΕ
ΣΦΕ-ΣΠ
ΠΚΦ-ΦΔΘ

Fiji and Beta are not rivals. They do not rush the same guys at all. Fiji and Beta have nothing in common. Fiji has higher standards than Beta.

KA, Sigma Nu, Fiji, Theta Chi, and SAE all compete over similar rushees. Beta recruits a type of kid that's pretty exclusive to them. Beta is very good, just a very different type fraternity.

Beta gets the preppy non-southern type for the most part. Thats what sets them apart from those other 5 fraternities.

Solid list although I've never heard of conflict between KA and Lambda Chi. I know a lot of betas don't like KA but that's kinda like their hate for theta chi. They're neighbors

Pike and Phi Tau would be hate rivals

As rivals who rush against each other id list Sig Ep and Pi Kapp. Both rely on out of state guys who usually aren't southern

The KA-Lambda Chi hate rivalry was a lot stronger back when Lambda Chi was a good fraternity. After they fell off the map with probation, the hating between the two died down. I'd say KAs hate rival is Beta, same as Theta Chi.
