How are some of the top fraternities doing in rush? Is SAE no longer having pledgeship effecting them at all?

Well it's July, so I imagine the big fraternities will have 30-40, while the smaller ones will have 15-20. Idk how many SAE has, but probably somewhere in the middle.

Fiji, Sigma Nu, KA, Theta Chi, and Beta all have 25+ right now. I know KA and Sigma Nu have around 35-40. SAE, Lambda Chi, Sigma Pi, Farmhouse, and Sig Ep are more or less around 15-20.

there is no way you could have 41 kids right now and not have bidded up a bunch of tools. Sounds like SNU is trying to make it 3 in a row on mediocre pledge classes.

SAE is having a slow start. Sucks what Nationals have done to them. But they will end up with an ok class. SN and KA are giving lots of bids - have 35 plus. KA not as selective this year. Not sure whats up there. Beta, Fiji and Theta Chi all three have 25-30. Sig Ep, Farmhouse, Lambda Chi and Sigma Pi have 15-20. Farmhouse always has small summer pledge amounts but end strong due to they pledge certain type guys. All in all good pledge classes will end up everywhere.

Why even have fall rush when all these fraternities do summer. Basically it is let's bid guys we all know and think are cool. Who cares about getting the guy people don't know but might learn is way better than their old home buddy.

Large fraternities will have over 300 guys rushing their houses in the summer alone. Of they don't give bids, then the other ones will take the best kids. For every diamond in the rough you find during formal rush, there are 20 kids from the south that are better then them. It may be unfair but that's the way it goes.
The last numbers I've hear are theta chi at 24, SNU at 42, SAE at 22, beta at 29, KA at 45, Fiji at 31, and lambda chi at 24. These may not be while accurate but it's what I've heard from friends.

Fiji is 30, Theta Chi is 28, KA is around 37. Those are the ones I'm sure about. I think you're in the right ballpark with the others. SAE hasn't hit 20 yet
