Is chi o participating in cob I’ve heard mixed things and was just wondering? I was wanting to try to cob them if they were participating

If they do give out spring bids there would only be a few and they would go to girls they already know, they aren't going to be looking around to meet new girls to give bids to. If you know any members you need to reach out to them to tell them you are interested.
