Should I reach out for COB?

Hi, I dropped formal recruitment but I am really starting to regret it because it has been so hard to meet ppl. I really want to COB somewhere, but I haven’t gotten any offers. Should I reach out to a sorority to ask about COBing to them or should I just go with the flow? I really want Gphi and I heard they do have COB spots available but idk. I don’t want to seem too desperate.
