Frats on the rise

Lookout for top:
PiKapp: these guys are definitely upper mid and have a lot of good guys. If they keep up their current momentum they will be top soon.
Sigma Chi: Considered mid but their philanthropy and their parties are some of the best on campus. Their backyard is also super cool. They are considered upper mid by many already and if they keep it up, they’ll be top. I’ve also noticed more top tier sorority girls hanging out with them.
Lookout for upper mid:
Phi Delt: if they get less weird guys that are rejects from other frats then they will rise quickly. Their house is really nice and their size is growing quickly.
TKE: they are really just harmed by the fact they are not selective enough in rush their house is horrible. They have the numbers, they have the money and they are a solid OOS group.
Lookout for mid:
Phi Tau: these guys are somewhat under the radar currently but they are one or two PCs away from building a solid rep on campus. They have a good house and their most recent PC was the largest small frat PC. They also were decent in the past.
Sigma Pi: These guys have arguably one of the best houses on campus. They also got a huge spring PC. They got put on sopro for the fall which will hurt them however in 2-3 years they have potential to be good again.
