If you want northern go PIKE or TKE

the southern vs northern fraternities is not as bad as other schools but does exist.

If you want Southern:
KA, SNU, Fiji, SAE, ATO

If you want Northern:
Pike, TKE

Mixture:
Lambda and Theta Chi are a mix of both. Lambda leaning northern and theta chi leaning southern

There’s no true northern in lambda or theta chi. Midwest maybe, but northern.
