To worry about "where" you live. I thnk it is more important to focus on being somewhat compatible with your roommate and Suitemates .

I lived in the quad it was close to everything, not that nice though but hey its a dorm! But if i were an out of state student I would want to live in a place with mostly freshman like me so I don't see for the cattiness above ^

how were either of those posts catty? The first simply says that in their opinion it is more important to worry about suitemates and roommates and the second simply agrees with them. That's not exactly answering the question, true, but if you go back and read it its not catty in the least. Seriously, ya'll are so on edge by negative posts you're letting EVERYTHING offend and rile you up. Calm down, no harm was meant

A dorm is a dorm....but, getting along with the people you are sharing such close quarters with is more important. No cattiness intended. The quad dorms are more centrally located---the Hill dorms have mainly Freshman--- the Village is new and you have your own bedroom. With all of that said, I loved living at the Hill dorms because I loved my roommate and Suitemates. We pledged four different sororities, and we are all still great friends.
