by: ReallyThis is the time when PNM do come to this site (unfortunately) and I, for one would love to see things go back to the classy ways we are known for on this anonymous site. Ultimately, we do have great respect for each other, and we all have friends in other groups. I'd really like to take the opportunity to challenge each group on here to remember we are a family at Auburn. Let's try hard to act like it again. There's no place anywhere like Auburn! I love it here and I love the classy way we've always handled this site for the most part. I'm proud of us, and I'd like everyone to see what we are really like here. It may seem fun to some to be nasty, but it is getting old. Don't y'all think?

Rival fraternities and rival sororities down rank each other an uprabk themselves. Any rising hard fraternity or sorority get insulted hard on here. Ranking lists on discussion are incorrect and very biased 99% of the time. That is greek rank for ya, just a whole lot of groups smacking each other. Rushees should not take this website seriously.

Do NOT judge Auburn Panhellenic or any sorority based on information from this site. There are wonderful things about every sorority, and every sorority has had moments when they have fallen short of what they should be. I choose to focus on the amazing things each sorority contributes to Auburn University and the city of Auburn. These girls raise thousands of dollars for charity and work thousands of hours of community service while maintainng great grades. War Eagle! I love my Auburn family!

Agree with this thread. If PNM's are reading anything on this site ---stop--- it will only ruin your recruitment experience. When recruitment begins in August you are going to be blown away by every single sorority. Taking anything written on this site serious may slant your opinion before you even meet the first girl. It's best to come to Auburn with an open heart. Don't miss out on a great sorority because of the junk that is written here about every single sorority.

Is just your personal opinion. I don't have a problem expressing your opinion as long as it doesn't include negative comments about a sorority. Everyone has an opinion ---and that is all it is ---an opinion. Just don't sling derogatory remarks all over Auburn"s sororities.

agree with what you say about rival fraternities on here, but I don't fully agree with sororities. I think sororities are listed mostly by how hard the groups are to get in. That doesn't necessarily make them better than other groups; they're just older, more established groups with lots of legacys, and the ability to be more choosy with who they take. Because of that, I personally think you get far more of the same type of girls in those groups than in the ones not ranked as high. If you fit, you are exactly where you need to be, if not, there are 10 plus other great groups that are probably a little more well rounded; as far as you getting more of a variety of types of girls those girls in the "so called top tiers". I'm not trying to be negative here towards either the "top ranked" or the ones ranked otherwise by people on here. You really do just have to come to rush with an open mind, put your best foot forward, and where you end up will be a great experience for you because all groups are good here. I don't think putting down top groups is any better than anyone putting down any other groups on here. The difference is what you make it when you are lucky enough to be chosen by any of the 17 of them!
