What do sororities look or care about most during rush? Do they care a lot about grades too? Like will I be ok with a 2.9 GPA

Grades are certainly a big factor during rush. Typically you are at a huge disadvantage if you have under a 3.0 but it is not hopeless. The main first cuts that are made are based on GPA and recommendation letters

They look a lot at grades and involvement. Being pretty also helps. It's superficial but it is what it is
