Rushing a fraternity as a transfer junior

I am a sophomore right now at a local college. If I transfer, would rushing (fraternity) as a junior be too old? Or should I rush here and possibly be accepted into the house at AU?

You'll be fine, you probably won't be able to go to a "top 5" house though
